    Product planning & specification proposal

    Based on your requirements, we consider the product concept, feel, volume, and formulation direction. We also advise you on manufacturing feasibility and scheduling.

  3. STEP03

    Formulation development & sample production

    We develop the formulation and produce samples to match your product concept.

  4. STEP04

    Sample evaluation & final specifications

    You review the finished samples for feel, fragrance, texture, and more. We refine them as needed and finalize the specifications for production.

  5. STEP05

    Quotation & formal order

    We provide a quotation based on conditions such as production quantity, formulation, and containers. Once you are satisfied with the details, you place your formal order.

  6. STEP06

    Containers, packaging & production preparation

    We select containers and outer boxes, work on the design, and review the label content. We also help review labeling in line with Japan’s Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act (PMD Act).

    *Container and packaging selection may run in parallel with formulation and sample development.

    What is OEM?

    We manufacture cosmetics under your brand name. This approach suits cases where your product concept and specifications are already defined, and we manufacture to your requirements.

    What is ODM?

    We work with you from product planning and formulation through to manufacturing. Even if you are new to product development, you can start by discussing the direction of your brand.

In practice, the OEM and ODM approaches often overlap. We will propose the approach best suited to your needs and the stage of your project.

Minimum Order Quantity: 500 units. Actual production quantities vary depending on the product type, formulation, containers, manufacturing facility, and other factors.

  • Minimum Quantities for Packaging Materials

    Packaging materials, such as containers and outer boxes, may have minimum order quantities set by their respective suppliers. We will confirm the availability and requirements of these materials based on your planned production quantity.

  • Cost per Unit

    In general, the smaller the production quantity, the higher the cost per unit tends to be. We are happy to compare costs at different quantities.

Formulation & sampling

We develop the formulation to match your desired feel, ingredients, and product concept.

  1. Clarifying Your Requirements

    We ask about your product concept, target users, desired feel, fragrance, and the ingredients you want to include or avoid.

  2. Formulation Development

    We will propose suitable existing formulations or consider developing new formulations based on your requirements.

  3. Sampling & Evaluation

    You review the samples for feel, fragrance, color, and more.

  4. Refinement

    We make adjustments based on your feedback.
